• ITC-BT-52 Regulations: This is mandatory in Spain. These regulations govern the charging infrastructure, requiring specific protections (miniature circuit breaker and Type A residual current device) to protect the vehicle and the home. Our Protection Boxes are specifically designed to meet this requirement.
• Communication to the Community (if applicable): If you live in a building, you do not need permission or a vote from your neighbors. According to the Horizontal Property Law, you only need to inform the administrator or president in writing before starting the work.
• Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE): The installation must be carried out by an authorized electrician. Once completed, this professional must issue the certificate or CIE confirming that the charging point complies with all safety measures.
