TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general conditions regulate the sale of products presented on the website www.ecocargadores.es by Ecocargadores to any natural or legal person (the CLIENT) who makes a purchase. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

  • Information: Ecocargadores endeavors to display the technical and visual characteristics of the chargers as accurately as possible. However, images are illustrative and may vary slightly from the final product.

  • Prices: All prices indicated on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Ecocargadores reserves the right to modify prices at any time, guaranteeing the client the price in effect at the moment of order confirmation.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order, the client must follow the online purchase process of the platform. Once completed, they will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase. The sales contract shall be deemed formalized upon the dispatch of said confirmation.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Ecocargadores provides the client with the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

  • PayPal.

Payment is processed through gateways with SSL encryption to ensure maximum security.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Scope: We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

  • Timeframes: Orders are processed within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, except in cases of stock shortages or force majeure.

  • Shipping Costs: These will be detailed in the shopping cart before finalizing payment.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with Spanish regulations, the client has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without any need for justification.

  • Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories, and show no signs of having been installed or manipulated.

  • Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the client, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

7. WARRANTY

All products sold by Ecocargadores come with a legal 3-year warranty (in compliance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021) against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or manipulation by unauthorized personnel.

8. INSTALLATION

Ecocargadores is a supplier of charging equipment. The installation of the equipment must be performed by an authorized electrical installer in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations (REBT). Ecocargadores is not responsible for damages resulting from faulty installations carried out by third parties.

9. LIABILITY

Ecocargadores shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by transport agencies or incorrect information provided by the client. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the misuse of the equipment once delivered.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile or, failing that, to those of your city.
