RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Ecocargadores, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, here is a simple and transparent guide on how to do it.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Spanish legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without any need for justification.

  • Conditions for withdrawal: The product must be in perfect condition, without having been installed, manipulated, or used. It must be returned in its intact original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

  • Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for equipment that has already been installed, shows mounting marks, or whose packaging has been damaged in a way that prevents it from being resold as a new product.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If, upon receiving your order, you detect that the product is defective or does not correspond to the model you purchased:

  • You must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt by sending an email to: info@ecocargadores.es

  • Ecocargadores will cover the costs of collecting the product and shipping a new one at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@ecocargadores.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return (optional in the case of withdrawal).

  2. Once the return is authorized, we will provide you with the shipping address.

  3. You must ship the product protected by an additional outer packaging (cardboard box) to avoid any damage to the manufacturer's original box during transport.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Withdrawal: If you return the product because you no longer want it or chose the wrong model, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Error or Defect: If the return is due to an error by Ecocargadores or a manufacturing defect, we will bear all transport and collection expenses.

5. Refund Process

Once the product is received at our warehouse and verified to be in perfect condition:

  • We will proceed to refund the total amount of the purchase (including the initial standard delivery shipping costs).

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

  • The time frame for the funds to appear in your account is usually between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking entity.

6. Product Warranty

All our chargers come with a legal 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the equipment. It does not cover damages resulting from incorrect installation, power surges, or misuse.

Important Recommendation: To guarantee the validity of the warranty, all equipment must be installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with current regulations (REBT).
